    dear sir,

    Regarding case of jagan or any body about govt B.O.Ts is just usual unsustainable allegations on possible hypothical assumptions ,as any B.OT scheme is more ment for having heavy un lawful quit pro que like activity by the political party in power and personal thereof including high executives. The very B.O.Ts are only few amoung several such BOT Mous by all governments both central & state but for the miticulious political element tactfully attached to it by vested interest out of political vendatta.If at all total justice to be met to the State, all the Mous by all the governments are to be put to judicial test by an impartial autonamous body with main objective to cancell or modify the malafied element in the B.O.T MOUs insted of targeting political opponants.

    In fact a decession was taken in the A.P Assemblyand resloved to form a house committee to review the land allotment mou cases right from T.D.P regime and to write back the lands to government wherever found irregular or in excuss of requirement, but unfortunately no further action was taken by the speaker or any party member of the house in that direction,insted when hon’ble APHC isuued notice the govt tactfullychouse to maintain statagic scilance without informing the court of the aforesaid decission taken in the state Assembly which amunts to crime in the nature of supressiion of facts if it happened in common mas casea but in this case the rouling party and opposition opted to use the court case take political reveage against their common political opponant but no benefit to the State and no rectification of fraud involved therein THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF GOVT IS TO PUSH THROUGH THE SCHEME MEANT FOR CREATING PUBLIC FACILITY BY HOOK OR COOK EXTRA COST DOESN’T MATTER
